no matter how you slice it, faith4more, it makes no sense. CVSU shares are being converted into FHAL shares. FHAL shareholders retain their shares and have influx of new CVSU shares ( and warrants, of which how many we are not clear on yet ). If Rufus told you that on the phone, there must have been some form of misunderstanding. FHAL is the buyer. Not CVSU.
