From the limited amount of information I know about AVXL'S civil suit, it looks to me that if the SEC subpoena exonerates the company, the accompanying lawsuit will vaporize in unison since they are basically a cut and paste about the SEC investigation. Does that sound reasonable to those of you who are more diligent in your Dd?
