Chan group can not officially take control until AGM vote next Thursday! And that is not a slam dunk due to other factors as mentioned by FDA before?

FDA would rather see Marc stay on at least until final negs are hammered out with Shengda! Because shareholders will know for sure, since Marc ownes 17mil shares of SDRG himself ...that his intentions are to get PPS higher ASAP!
