Neah needs to now be specific...Large South African Entity, specifically a factory for producing their products. Who,when?

Apparently there is third party validation of the "Power Chip Battery" by a National Laboratory (US government?) who also has agreed to pursue DOE funding, jointly, with Neah Power. If true, and details are announced soon, we should see a nice move up in the PPS. Looking forward to Neah's success...and hopefully some follow thru in 2016.
