I argued previously that the dilution could be a positive and the stock would go up after it happened (similar to what happened at the previous dilution). I think removing that overhang would be a big positive and then focus can shift to REDUCE-IT once finances are no longer an issue. However, that was when the stock was well above $2. With it at $1.25, that comes a lot more dicey. The dilution is now extremely expensive. If only they had taken advantage of $2.50 when they had the chance. Oh well, another missed opportunity. Now all bets are off on how they get the money to make it to REDUCE-IT and what that is going to mean for the stock.
