And of course, Biel IS delivering the product -- all over the world, just not in third world United States, where people are not allowed the latest, painless, and non-addictive treatment. The argument that somehow Biel needs is unable to deliver makes no sense here -- it's not that they can't deliver -- they have $50 million ready to go to put products on the shelves as soon as the FDA approves them for OTC.
