Plenty of information in the books to show negative cash flow continued after Kimmons left.

The long con does require a "cooling off period", to allow newbs to forget the past and look forward to the greed story that they are sold.

Besides, why would ANYONE want to buy into a pink sheet that plans on spending millions in R & D this year and still expects ZERO revenue?
