All of this is moot. The current audit went back 6 years to confirm all securities transactions.

The ESCU audit confirms that Kimmons received $700K in restricted stock as compensation for back salary owed to him for previous years.

That's basically the extent of his compensation. This has been posted here a zillion times but is conveniently ignored.
