As I say it's a guessing game, I add that it is an educated guessing game which make a huge difference. The events taking place (we hope are taking place) indicate we are close, very close. And if by June, we are still sitting and waiting...well that's my breaking point. Won't sell everything, but can think of a few fun summer purchases with around 10K or so.
