Regarding the 600 million shares. Without question, these enigmatic shares need to be explained (by FH...without deception). Someone needs to hold Mr. Hilal's feet to the fire and come clean about the nature of these shares. I posted one theory about these shares not to long ago.

Why didn't FH go to the SEC regarding the purported NSS...I can't answer that. A poster on RB known as Syrianext1 clearly stated that at last year SHM that FH stated there were shorts out there. How many...we can only speculate. Have they been covered...we just don't know at this point.

Insofar as to the 8 profitable quarters...this will no doubt be addressed at the SHM. There's very little wiggle room regarding this element.
