There is no material event of any nature to result in the stock going down. The company sale and product line is in excellent shape. The OTC clearance is coming soon. Biel is nominated to one of the best OTC awards.

If there is any financial issues or any violation of the law, the individuals involved will be penalized and Biel goes on. Also, none of the listed issues are unknown to investors in Biel.

In addition, nobody is selling here! The volume today represents 0.2% of the float. Literally nothing. ($~13,000)
