Per the SEC S-1 Filing Escue Energy Inc has the same Incorporation date of 1988 as eDoorways

How could a $40 Million Asset alleged Start Up say it wont have a product until possibly the year of 2020?

Is the always keeping a Company a Start Up a time buying excuse to Dump shares?
