You forgot to post the fact that Joe Noel was shown the door and dismissed by Bioelectronics as their PR man. I have been around since those days and his actions were not for BIOELECTRONICS. They were all self serving and the same actions resulting in investigation in his own company 'YES' only verifies his shadiness. If memory serves me correct he and others associated with him were awarded numerous shares and were not very happy that was discontinued after his self serving motives became obvious. Some of those are still very bitter badmouthing Whelan and the company at every opportunity.
