Maybe it was not 2 arbitration hearing but most surely there was

one since an award was made. Do they follow what the court ruled?

Do they seek a review I don't know but presently it appears

a award has been made and upheld by the courts to pay.

Here is what a excerpt says.

The Pennsylvania-based company told the court that the American Arbitration Association's International Centre for Dispute Resolution had ruled against LG on Dec. 29 and awarded a final, binding arbitration award to InterDigital following a series of hearings that took place in July and October. The award amount was not discussed in court papers.


I know I am not as knowledgeable about legal proceeding as you

but this presently looks pretty good to me.
