Plan is to Sell More Shares. Nothing has changed here other than the fact that if you have shares @ .0001 or .0002 etc, you now have shares @ .000001 or .000002 etc.

Or you can do the math on a per share level. If you have 10 million shares that you paid $1000 for.....you now own $10 worth of stock.

Either way, an R/S is designed to wipe out existing bagholders and welcome in new saps to the scam.....there is no way to sugar coat it, especially in penny stock land.

Show me 1, just 1 penny stock that did a R/S and then exploded afterwards.....it doesn't exist. The only pumping you will hear now is to lure the uniformed in here to buy the pumpers worthless stock that they are trying to unload to escape.
