Was Gary F Kimmons FLAT out Lying to public about his compensation?

Also in the S-1 is Gary F Kimmons most recent salary amount. $700,000 Dollars

Will Gary F Kimmons address the ESCU/EDWY shareholders?

Perhaps in his mind if he was running eDoorways as a PUMP and DUMP....would he want the public to only talk about ESCU today? Would he dare say something silly like how his UNFINISHED BUSINESS is irrelevant?
