It is the duty of the trustees to in order, liquidate ANY assets the company may have to creditors, secured ones being first in line and determined in what pecking order by the court.
Shareholders will not get anything except the shaft which is what they have always gotten from SKS and Wave Systems...

I think ORDA made an interesting observation the other day.
