Why did Gary and Kathy Kimmons receive a publicly funded compensation if this company NEVER generated revenue?

What is the collective total of compensation that these two received over the years at the shareholder's expense?

Why are Escue Investors still seeing Gary Kimmons UNFINISHED BUSINESS in a 2015 SEC S-1 filings?

Were these taking public funds for their own benefit instead of for the good of the company? :(
