SPNG started as an Administrative Order and didn't become a civil case until 7 months later.

True, and it never will. But they did make $$$ millions, according to the Administrative order. If the SEC went this far, they intend to see it through, and this looks like a slam dunk to me.... making BIEL a perfect candidate for setting an example for pinksheet scam operations in every sector, not just biotech.

We all know that the Pinksheets is the Wild Wild West. The SEC knows this too. If they want to make an example of someone, BIEL looks like a good whipping boy.
