Normally, yes, but not in this case when
they chose to invest in the company, and
became 10% equity owners.

They are an investment group, as well as
financiers.

There is no doubt in my mind we see .02 +
near term.

They see the same potential we do.
That's why they invested, rather than just
provided financing.
