The above statement says a lot...A 95mm teardown in the Hamptons?..wow, and they can't even find that for us?......Tepper's boss was Corzine?..Also, according to Forbes, Tepper's the richest man in NJ...The insider trading hedgies have become fabulously wealthy off WAMU already...We have NO idea what deal was cut, whether they could give a crap or not bout Escrows...
The ever lying Rosie told me the other day that WMIIC is empty...also, that there are no intra-company claims...He also compared situation to any ordinary stock...as if there was no SETTLEMENT, and some win some lose (my interpretation)...
Well if this is any ordinary investment, did Edgar Rosie WillyJam act outside the law, and their expertises in telling us to take the deal?..are they investment advisors? do they have any credentials to do so?...And if not, and it really is a settlement, than what and where the F is it?..
Thanks for great due diligence by the many here, but because of the secrecy and our AWOL leadership, we have no idea if we are getting the goods...In fact, those that do talk (Rosie, Edgar, A&M, The Judge etc..), all minimize the potential payout...
Many here believe sitting back and doing nothing is the answer...That everything is what it is, decided long ago...I think we need to mobilize and apply pressure...Nothing in that world is stagnant..Letters to the court...Days of Rage where everyone calls looking for OUR money...get our own member on BOD...etc..etc...Doing nothing will get us little to nothing...imo
