Prosecutors have submitted a request to Interpol to locate Ricard Fifer, the former manager of Petaquilla Minerals.
Fifer, who is also the former governor of Coclé, is being investigated for allegedly defrauding Gold Dragon, company that was involved in the Petaquilla Minerals concession in Donoso.

A judicial source confirmed that Fifer was ordered to appear on two occasions, but failed to show up. His whereabouts are unknown.
Gold Dragon is also engaged in mining activities.
