Also I never give anybody a 'free pass'. I do (however) require that my information be something that I can either verify personally, or that logically fits into a framework that I can verify and that the information comes from a source I can verify.

"Anonymous" sources provide information that is almost universally crap,..... and it should be treated as such unless one can figure out a way to verify the information independently.

Trust has almost nothing to do with it in fact.
