There's a difference between "suspended" and "halted."

This will be resolved - that is for certain - but once suspended, BIEL may never trade again. OR, it might -- SPNG, for example, resumed trading 14 days after it was suspended in 2009, on Oct. 19th. I know this because I just checked my stock trading records and I bought SPNG on 10/19/2009 and sold it two days later for a double -- a pretty decent dead cat bounce. I remember how many shareholders were insisting that nothing was wrong and everything would be swell, but I just wanted the trade. 7 months later, the SEC filed criminal charges.

In bankruptcy court, BioElectronics the Company wouldn't have much for assets. BIEL shareholders might be surprised at how little they end up with.

FDA clearance of the ActiPatch would make the patent worth something... but BioElectronics the Company doesn't own the patent, correct -- it's the sister or the daughter who owns the patent? How did that happen, exactly?
