Thank you Zenaku for uncovering the June 2015 articles detailing the MOU's between Vietnam and the US DOD and the US DOA (Post 102839)! Those two pieces of information, IMHO, are key to understanding the puzzle we are all trying to solve.

Truth's logic (Post 102867), IMHO, could be the likely path KBLB is on. If Kim, as Truth's logic suggests, is able to secure funding at the same time an agreement is reached between Vietnam and KBLB, KBLB will have leapfrogged where I thought we would be once that agreement is reached. It's a very complicated process, indeed, but one which could address short term funding.
