It's funny ... if you or I try to start a small company, the IRS will make our lives difficult as hell if a profit isn't shown 2 out of 7 years, I believe. FACT MAN can square me away on that point if incorrect. Yet, this band of merry men can bullshit the public year after year --- drawing a paycheck and pooning the investors with total impunity and virtually no govt interference. No wonder Linda, et al, are jazzed.
