Preface: I have been in the construction industry since 1981

When I learned that NWBO bought the land and building[s) I was curious how long it would take them to perform a build out and rehab.
Knowing that the property came with certain problems like all properties do but in this case it was more intense in this partic
Upon learning first hand from one of our members here they are moving at lightning speed was quite impressive for a non-contractor/developer company.
But now I know why they were moving so fast because they needed to ramp up their manufacturing capabilities along with having a big enough space for the expansion of it. The fact that hey are absolutely succeeding in this unfamiliar arena construction wise is also quite impressive.

It tells me something more about NWBO and it's mgmt. Many here been impressed with NWBO in the biotech field developing its impressive cancer vaccine and that is why they obviously invested in the company. But due to the lack of transparency and time delays many here have begin to question if mgmt is inept in the biotech field. We are learning now that they are quite proficient at it but have recently ran into problems because their vaccine works albeit maybe too well i the trials.

Well now we can all be impressed with their ability to find, acquire, and rehab a major property in record time. Which is no easy/simple matter in this day and age with all the environmental and public agency requirements. There is more red tape than ever before but it appears NWBO has transcended every hurdle from locating to designing to submitting to rehabbing to completing well almost their new huge factuality that will take them to the level they need to be in order to become a manufacturing hub in the UK.

Hugely impressive from my experience that tis for sure.
