...IMO, "celebrating that" (the Examiner's Report artifact) is certainly not a symbol of shareholder success in the WaMu saga.



On the contrary,...It saved equity. The report documented the examiner could not look at everything...something Susman knew would happen. Then...

The judge crushed the Report. Then along comes Nate...I'm still not sure what to make of that. there was a lot that was planned in this bankruptcy.

The one thing I am sure of...The Judge was taking care of shareholders the best she could.
