We all have enough invested here that we could have scooped it up.

Someone is?

NOC?, Akuo?, Veolia?, WMI?,

Or one other that I am thinking may be doing almost all the buying here, I'm just not sure and am not going to drop the info here. Because if it is happening the way I am inclined to think it is, we are all good.
