Totally false. DBMM is a fully reporting company. Read any filings and there has never been any sale of shares as there are no shares to sell.

There could never have been an audit filed unless everything was in perfect order. Their filings are delayed as explained in the recent PR indicating a combined 2015 10K + 1Q 2016 filing.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
