LOL why would any contractor even consider doing this.
Don't LOL too soon. Contractors would consider doing this for the same reason hundreds of thousands of users around the world are using similar tools to run their business efficiently.
If he is going to do that why bother with an employment agency.
Exactly, wouldn't it be better if he does not need to bother with an employment agency and use an app instead easier? It's the same reason both the providers and customers of Uber and Airbnb use the app.
Like my guy said you set up a relationship with the labor company and if they want your business they will send the proper guy for the job or lose the business all together.
What's different with the app? It would would be just another channel doing the same thing. It's like replacing the phone with an app.
And by the way, if they don't like the app, they won't use it. They can stick to the traditional relation with the company. Or switch back and forth at any time. It's just a new channel, so cool down.
