Well, believe as you wish. The state case probably won't be heard until 2017, maybe even 2018.

Here is what no one at IFUS seems willing to face yet ... and there certainly have been no answers offered.
The exact same evidence and witnesses needed to defend himself in the Federal RICO case and the State "Contract and Indebtedness" case
was non-existent when it came to prosecuting the counterclaims. They were all DISMISSED, completely thrown out.

So, if MW could not come up with the evidence and witnesses necessary to back up his $3,500,000.00 counterclaim, how can he, and why would he, come up with the same to defend against a $250,000.00 +++judgment?

Where is the logic in that? The answer is MW and cabal do not deal in facts. They peddle fantasy and greed ... Hype, Hope, Hoopla and Hysteria.
