Old Joe was on the board of directors. He was known as the town drunk. IFUS never released news on the old drunk being removed from the board of directors. I am not sure exactly why IFUS does not keep the shareholders more informed. IFUS had a director of the company hitting the bottle EARLY in the morning. I think it would be best for the shareholders if IFUS would make an official statement about EVERYTHING going on. It is disturbing that Joe was falling down drunk and could not do his job at IFUS. I do not feel that IFUS owes Joe anything and that would include his reputation. Shareholders DEMAND that IFUS publicly tell how Joe staying drunk all the time was a problem for a publicly traded company.
