What you ought to be complaining about is the sale of 172k free RSUs for $1.36 on 1/31/16:

Both transactions are rather odd to me, being so close to the Q4 earnings release - many companies have dark periods weeks in advance of earnings where insiders are barred from buying OR selling. No indication that either trade was done via an automatic Rule 10b5-1 plan that would make it perfectly legal regardless of timing, so this isn't exactly normal - but I'm sure someone (likely HDG ) will do the research and report back that this is typical behavior for Thero, of course, although it's not shown in NASDAQ.com:
