Watching the different posts about what to do is getting more painful. It's like watching a drowning person thrash about.

We know both management groups appeared to full of dung. The actions of the company never aligned with anything they said so everything they espoused about their product should come in question. In all the years that I was around any sort of independent approval of the products was very hard to come and it seemed that those that were in there corner for awhile dropped the line or didn't renew.

It seemed most of what was deemed as product superiority came from the posters themselves using research and tech papers. Not from actual paid customers in the real world.

People talk about the patents. That was the companies fight if they were being ripped off. Don't think the shareholders have a say in that. For years many folks on this board talked about the patents. What good are the patents if the company does not have the resources to defend them? We talked about that for years.

The pipeline was full of crap and not contracts. How many demos did they do without selling squat? That is the story. I cannot buy for one minute that they demoed and traveled all over the country for years and came away empty because of some conspiracy to bleed this company dry to acquire the tech for nothing. They had office out of the country-contacts for many different countries and no inroads there either? Come on....

The company burned through resources and had a badly damaged reputation. I have to believe that the products were not all that we were lead to believe -Solms said as much. On that I think he was being truthful and the exit of DELL and the empty pipeline is all the verification I need of that. The company was beyond broken when he came on board... and it was more of the same after SKS left, it only seemed like things were going to be different because of some of the changes in personnel. But it wasn't at all.

What I wouldn't give to see the 3rd and 4th quarter financial statements. Remember that they cut everything to the bone. I wonder how many customers turned away from them as well.
