When I read your posts, I ask myself again and again...what makes him think he has any idea what Denner's plan is at all. You say HE waited 2 years until the price was the lowest and then removed the pp. You have no idea if that was his strategy. You have no idea if it was planned or simply his best move at the time. One thing is for sure...your guessing has been wrong at almost every turn. What you want the company to do and how they should do it are two different realities, 2da. You wanted the CEO gone, the CEO is gone! Still, not good enough for you, you can't find a single thing positive to say about the guy. Not to mention the fact, he has done nothing positive or negative. The man just took the job! The first thing on the agenda after Harvey leaving was to appoint Denner as Chairman of the Board and remove the poison pill. This was done unanimously! Why that doesn't mean something to you, in regards to the current board of directors, is beyond me. To me, this demonstrates Denner is clearly in control and has a specific plan of attack. What the plan is, like you, I have absolutely no idea. The difference between the two of us, I don't pretend to know what his plan is, nor do I critique every move he makes or does not make. Most often, you appear to let share price be a reflection of his performance. Luckily, the institutional shareholders don't share your same opinion. Perhaps they better understand this is a long term plan that is nearing its end. There have been some very big structural changes within the company as of late. Rather than see any of this as a positive, you see the price is low and provide, let's just say less than positive analysis. A plan is in place, we are getting closer by the day. Like the rest of us, you will just have to wait and see what happens. I have no doubt though, we will hear from you many times on the subject, each and every day, until then.
