Interesting that you mention concepts of family loans to the company. I'm personally familiar with that concept by owning and operating a small construction business in the 70's and 80's. I found myself having to dip into my personal assets on many occasions to keep the company running and pay for materials and labor. In business you sometimes find you have no choice. I went unpaid many many times in order to pay my employees.When running a business on a shoe string trying to move forward without financing you have no alternative. This is just my opinion of my experience. I find it best to take "everything into consideration before making a judgement. I believe everthing BIEL does involves a paper trail.
