Lots of false claims here. I suggest a reread of the audited financials and the S1 filing.

IMO Gary Kimmons didn't want the public to think too much or ask Real Questions

IMO Gary F Kimmons might be bothered by Real Questions....especially ones about his compensation and possible missuses of public funds



Who signed off on Gary F Kimmons REVERSE SPLITS?

Who signed off the Equity Financing deals that provided Gary/eDoorways with funds?

Who sold discounted shares to those same Equity Financiers sometimes with prices under .0001? Was this not Gary F Kimmons selling Company shares? So just because he didn't sell his personal shares allegedly doesn't mean IMO he wasn't selling the company's shares

Who was responsible for the DTC CHILL that is still hanging around?

IMO sounds like some of the same silly things Gary F Kimmons was telling investors while he was selling billions of shares, making Millions of dollars and making trillions of excuses.

Why can't Gary F Kimmons come on here and answer these Questions himself? ;)
