The S1 is more comprehensive than the 10K. Filing a 10K is inappropriate for what ESCU is trying to accomplish.



Sounds like what Gary Kimmons was telling Investors while he was dumping Billions of shares and making millions.

Didn't Gary Kimmons have all kinds of excuses as to why he couldn't generate rightnow Revenue. IMO it was always about what was coming tomorrow instead of things he could do rightnow

It sounds silly that SEC couldn't do a 10K....Huh?
