To help clear my post up and for CFP my trusted pal

I know he said he donated a block to charity and retired more last time we met. Finally, as somebody posted earlier the company insiders that owned the shell kept their insider stock. As that aged it came of restriction at various times depending on the insider over the last 60-90 (I am not sure of exact timing) but I know all was no longer restricted by 6/20. These shares automatically become part of the float. That is why float increased and O/S did not. Don't listen to Mountain BS call TA and ask him if Downs or any insider has had their restricted legend removed or even asked....Don at Integrity will give you same answer he gave me and two others...Downs or nobody at the company has even asked him about it....ALL INSIDER STOCK STILL HAS RESTRICTED LEGEND PERIOD!!! So anyone with delusions they are dumping thru USBB is an idiot.Also note that according to rule 3210 Flag "Y" short amount exceed over 2 Million Shares currently that now will face a mandatory closeout.

Don't know what idiot has shorted the stock but this rule 3210 proves, not assumes that somebody or multiple broker dealers have. Too funny with buyout now the are about to be handed their heads.
