The claim that sks was pushed out by his father came from a single source, a source that was a PP participant and one of the loan sharks. That source also objected when others had more accurate information about the company. I would question the validity that the elder sprague pushed out his son for the good of the company. Much more likely is that it was a play to get the $1 million while the cash was still there.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
