The reality is that MW could not produce any evidence nor one single witness to support his attempt to collect $3,500,000.00. He didn't have any evidence and there were no witnesses. So, why should we think he'll magically produce evidence and witnesses for a trial which is not worth nearly as much money to him, when he couldn't produce them when it counted the most?
