Per the ESCUE S-1 Gary ran eDoorways for 2 Decades without generating one dime of Revenue. WOW
Yet him and his wife and son collectively made Millions at the shareholder's expense.
And now Escue Energy is still burdened with a DTC Chill that Gary F Kimmons caused. How can Gary not be mentioned? Escue is still burdened with eDoorways Legal Proceedings, how can Gary not be mentioned?
Sounds way too much like what the Market was told over the years when Gary kept hitting the reset button, he needs more time, that was yesterday, that was last year etc etc while he, his wife and Son kept raking in compensation via public funds
I cannot see investors who have waited for Real Results that never came. Investors like ThorneBerry Investments who I believe invested over $100,000 would try and keep giving Gary free passes.
IMO maybe his wife would dismiss him for not generating Revenue for decades. Maybe she might have been afforded a lifestyle that came from this Company paying her, her husband and Son money that they didn't have to sell products and services to make.

IMO if Kathy Kimmons might be reading this blog it might bother the hell out of her to know that the public can read SEC filings now and see the outrageous salary her husband was making very recently with generating revenue. Maybe she would rather that information had stayed private?
It might bother his son Lance because his father Gary might have been running a multi decade PUMP and DUMP....but I can't see external investors to let Gary F Kimmons have yet another free pass
But not really sure that eDoorways investors who had to pay for their share and loss due to the the recent 2015 Reverse Spilt and possibly the 2011 Reverse Split would want Gary F Kimmons to have yet another free pass
And now some of the same people who worked with Gary F Kimmons when he was selling billions of shares, not generating revenue are now players at Escue Energy??? Will they continue running this company the same way or very similar? The name change took place in June 2015 and there aren't any products.....
