IMO, I seriously doubt the 2bil A/S claim. If it were, then there would most likely be at least 1bil O/S. The average volume just doesn't add up. It's been averaging about 1.3mil in volume over the the last 30 days and 850k over the last 3 months. And the only reason the average 30 day is 1.3 is because of the the day the Durante news broke and even then, to the best of my recollection, the volume for that day didn't surpass 4 million. If there ever were a day for a fire sale, it would have been then. Meanwhile, I've seen too many other pennies with around 2bil A/S (and roughly averaging 2/3 of that as O/S) averaging anywhere between 10-40mil in volume daily.

I'll ask again to those here who are much smarter than I. If they ever decide to raise the A/S, wouldn't that be deemed significant enough information where it would have to be made public knowledge through an 8-k or can they get around that because they are currently in a yield status?
