The fed case will be dismissed. People close to SA say he probably will abandon the fed case bcs he knows MW will mop the floor with his a$$.

Face it. It's over for the boot boys. They made their run at MW and IFUS and their strategy failed. They had one intent. And it's called "by default." They were sure MW would run out of $$$$ to pay lawyers and all that and they were wrong.

It's not something from the inside that I know this, it's deductive reasoning. I've seen this before. It's a crap shoot strategy at best. It's nothing different than what they've done from the start. They tried a financial hostile takeover by their totious interference. Get the company it's products for cheap and make a fortune. Js knew what he had from the beginning. He needed a moneyman (sa). They got caught. And their still getting caught.

But now time is up. Fed case docs due by the 9th and trial on the 22nd. My money's on SA not showing up. He has no chance of winning. Get used to it.
