So lets see here??? Question? Now how really would a less than honest CEO & Board of Directors go about .....Milking.... an apparently viable little company like Andes Gold without violating SEC Regs???

Hmmm...First guess would be to dilute the hell out of it as much as possible to squeeze as much cash out for them selves as possible which drives PPS down to near zero...Secondly.. then low & behold ....announce a 200 to 1 rev. split to get massive amount of shares outstanding back under 50mil...which puts them right back into the "industry premium buy zone" for any PM Mining Company...which once again sets up another mouse trap for the next bunch of unsuspecting prospective shareholders!!!

Only question is...once AGCZ corrects all the way back down from where it is now to say .0005 ??? ...which it very well may if not lower?? (especially if the PMs do not turn around any time soon)..Does the board announce a buy back program with all that extra cash they squeezed out from all the dilution in the past??? ...or do they just start diluting all over again & screw the next batch of shareholders who bought in with high hopes like so many did the last time around????

Well...As they say so often...Making fast money in the markets is no more than a matter of dumb lucky timing, FDA
