Thanks everyone for your replies. So the tough part to figure out is how much of the total O/S is retained by those that frequent this board (there are still a couple that I know of that did not respond). Let's assume this board is holding approx. 40-45mil. Would it be a fair guess to say the current O/S is probably at 90-100mil? I believe most of us here have been the ones taking out the weak hands.

Also, in response to the concern about the potential of the A/S being raised above the current 200mil, if the company were to raise the A/S, wouldn't that have be formally submitted and an 8-k filed or can they get away with not reporting that because they are currently in yield status on the OTC?

Thanks....and it's 200mil A/S, not 2 bil based on a 10q from Feb 2015, not a filing from 2002. Also, if you really want to analyze that document, one could argue the the A/S is only 10mil. That's what it says when the company changes it's name to VGTL in 2006. But hey, we all know that's inaccurate too.
