This stock is manipulated by MM like every other stock of it's size in this category. No one can control the fluctuations in price from day to day. Know what you own!! Apparently you got into the stock because you liked something about the fundamentals of the company. Maybe it was their balance sheet or pipeline, what have you. That said, besides the price moving southward for no apparent reason why did you come to the conclusion the stock is now a POS as you put it??? Been trading these types of stocks for over 20 years. If the best explanation you have is this stock is a POS probably better you cut your losses and run. Very few stocks of this size have a yearly cash cow in the form of government money keeping the balance sheet steady. Very few companies this size have a pipeline with so many opportunities. Many of which are in the stage II & III cats. Good luck to you, hope whatever it is you decide to invest in is profitable!!
