Management additions with financial resources, new subsidiary, I agree there should be a little interest here. But SEC delinquent status and new operations being overseas I guess are keeping people from buying. Surprised with all the insider ownership that they'd risk SEC suspension/revocation over a few filings. If they become current in there filings (please please if you're listening) I'd expect more news to be released in a manner designed to attract attention.
