It's not up to me to call the FDA. The CEO firmly told everyone that there is no reason why approval will not be granted by the end of the year (2015).

The end of the year has come and gone....without FDA approval. I would think the CEO should call the FDA and inform investors why his prediction was wrong and share why the FDA did not grant approval.
